Kyle’s Transformation: From 350 lbs to 199 lbs at Platinum Fitness

When Kyle first began his weight loss journey, he weighed nearly 350 pounds.
He was somewhat active, but strength and flexibility felt out of reach.
Cardio was familiar, but the gym was intimidating.

Like so many busy professionals trying to get fit, Kyle was tired of feeling bloated, out of shape, and uncomfortable in his own skin.

On his own, Kyle made incredible progress, losing over 120 pounds through consistent movement and better nutrition. But deep down, he knew he had more in him.

That’s when he found Platinum Fitness, a personal training gym for busy adults who want real results without wasting time.

After a few months of solo workouts, Kyle joined our personal and small group training programs to build strength, confidence, and community.
From day one, we focused on proper form, joint-friendly strength training, and helping him move with purpose.

And it paid off.

On October 7th, Kyle hit a major milestone:
199 pounds.

“I feel confident, stronger, and most importantly, I feel like myself again.”

Now, Kyle trains 4–5 days a week in our Personal Training programs, continuing to build muscle, confidence, and momentum every single week.He’s proof that when you stay consistent and have the right coaches behind you, you can achieve anything.
