Chris has been coaching people from every aspect of fitness and life for over 10 years now. A passion for fitness evolved into a desire to change lives, and that is the number one goal. It does not matter your goal, Chris can help you adapt the mindset and habits to change and grow. Chris has coached bodybuilders, powerlifters, teen athletes, and adults of every age range. Joey unearthed his passion for fitness amidst family health challenges at 19. Now 23 and a coach, he’s driven to aid others in overcoming obstacles.
