What is Semi-Private Training?
Semi-Private Training bridges the gap between personal training and group fitness. You’ll train in a small group of 2–4 people, each following your own customized program, under the close eye of a coach who knows your goals and your limits.
It’s the perfect balance of personal attention, motivation, and flexibility. This is built for people looking for results without living in the gym!

Step 1: Assessment
- We start with a conversation and a movement screen to learn about your goals, limitations, and schedule.
Step 2: Program Design
- Your coach designs a training program just for you. Built around your body, lifestyle, and time.
Step 3: Implementation
- Train alongside 2–4 others, each doing their own program, with a coach guiding every rep.
Step 4: Accountability & Progress Tracking
- We’ll check in regularly to make sure you’re feeling better, moving better, and seeing results that stick.
